- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Wigs with cut lace, altered or styled hair fibers, missing tags, or items showing any signs of wear cannot be accepted for return due to strict health and hygiene policies.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our quality assurance team inspects and verifies the pristine condition of the returned items.
